My approach

I believe therapy is more than talking about problems. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, make sense of difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of moving forward.

Many of the people I work with have spent years carrying responsibilities, supporting others, and managing challenges on their own. Therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin addressing the experiences that continue to affect their lives.

My role is not to tell you what to do. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that support meaningful change.

My Purpose & Passion

My passion for psychotherapy is rooted in a deep belief that healing is possible.

Throughout my personal and professional journey, I have witnessed the impact that trauma, grief, stress, and life challenges can have on individuals and relationships. I have also seen the resilience people carry and their capacity for growth when given the right support.

Today, I feel honored to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and move toward lives that feel more meaningful and fulfilling.

Therapy in English & French

Language can be an important part of feeling understood.

I offer psychotherapy services in both English and French, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most comfortable and natural.

Whether you are discussing trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship concerns, or life transitions, therapy should be a space where you can communicate freely and feel fully heard.

I welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and strive to provide culturally responsive care.

What to expect in therapy?

Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and direct when needed.

Our sessions are collaborative — we'll explore your concerns at a pace that feels right and focus on practical steps that support your growth.

You don't have to carry it alone.

Seeking support can be one of the most important investments you make in yourself and your relationships.

If you are considering therapy, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

Together, we can explore what is bringing you to therapy and determine how I can best support you.
